Math drives me insane

And to be honest, it's why I'm still awake.

Friday is over! (in 10 minutes) and I just finished doing lots of Math homework that simple brings me so much joy! ....obviously not, but actually I'm learning that as I'm older I don't dislike math quite as much as I use to....I think this is a good thing.

Things are going well, if you haven't heard my little brother Michael is going on his mission to Rosario, Argentina! we are very excited for him :} he leaves Nov 30th! Really soon, but I guess the sooner he leaves, the sooner he'll get home! haha Meanwhile he's loving BYU-I and the weather there.

I really wish I had lots of interesting things to say, but mostly my brain is dead due to the math.... I did do some searching in my video folder on my computer and discovered some cute videos that I found of my family, most notably was this one of Jason.

He makes me laugh all the time. What a funny kid :}

Speaking of funny kid, here is a video of Noema rocking out to one of Brett's video game songs. She didn't realize I was taping her, which makes this even more hilarious. Sorry the video is sideways....I don't know how to flip it :{

Just another Wednesday?

Two Nights ago, Michael woke me up at 4:30 am before he took off for college. As I hugged him Goodbye I felt a small ping of sadness. I ended up staying awake for another 30 minutes before going back to bed.

This morning my brother Brett packed his car up with his possessions and headed back for Utah. As I helped stuffed massive amounts on Lentil Soup and Megaman action figures into his car, I couldn't help but feel very very sad. I'm a little jealous that he gets to head back to Utah, as I would love very much to do the same thing.

At the same time, I find myself alone with my Parents. This isn't too bad, as I love Mom and Dad a whole lot. It hasn't quite hit me yet, but I sense that when Dad gets home from dropping Michael off at BYU-Idaho, It'll really sink in that my brothers are gone. :\

In other news, I've started teaching Piano lessons. I actually started earlier this summer, but I now have another student (total: 2) It's really weird and I feel highly inexperienced to do doing such a thing. D: but it's fun...so far..... haha.

Also, Today one of our chickens is having a hard

day. We think she might have had heatstroke (today getting up to 116-120) and so we brought her in the house as she was looking about ready to die (see picture). She seems to be recovering though, albeit very slowly. She has raise her head now and will open her eyes if she has to. We'll see if she lasts the night.

School doesn't start for me til September 12. Woot. Meanwhile I'm busying myself with lots of talent developing activities as well as exercising with some girls in my ward every morning, they are hilarious. Love them. Me and Mom's legs hurt so bad that we both have to laugh at our attempts to climb stairs, pick up dropped objects, and sit.

I'll admit....It'll be nice to have my parents to myself.

Update?????

So it's been, what...a year?

But for those who don't know what's going on in my life. Here is an update.

I'm in California, Taking online classes.

Once I'm done with this next semester I can move, so that's what I'm doing most likely. Probably back to Utah. I'm Studying Elementary Education. Still not dating anyone. Kinda lonely because I have no friends in El Centro, so if anyone wants to give me a friendly call that would be awesome. Hahaha.
Hmmm what else....eh, I got nothing hahah.

I don't have much to update, just looking for a job and waiting to hear back from BYU....thinking about changing my major to music therapy, with a minor in Web Design. just hanging around provo for now. joy.

Wednesday

OH MY GOSH, its so beautiful outside! I can't even stand it! what am I doing in the office?!?! I keep looking out the window, trying to find ways to get sick and go home, I could go get lunch, but I don't have money for lunch, I've already taken the trash out, I don't have anything to allow me to go out and enjoy this beautiful weather!!!! my poor body can't take much more of this.
but anyways, hi family, in case you couldn't tell, its sunny and cloudless outside, most of my friends don't have classes anymore as of yesturday (except they have finals next week.. I think) for awhile I was getting excited at the idea of spring and summer, and then I realized...wait...nothing changes for me, I still have my full-time job that takes away from beautiful days like THIS. and I don't even hardly do anything, okay except today...today I made copies of a patent file...so fun...and the copy machine is right in front of this huge beautiful window looking out on Orem and Provo.....*sigh*.....

also..Its only 12 o'clock.....why have these past few days gone SOOO SLLOOWWWW....I get ridiculously antsy and I've hit the point where I'll pretty much do anything...I've also already cleaned the office...I seriously have nothing...

Reading books are good for you.

So a friend of mine was telling me about one of his favorite books (The People Code) and since it reminded me of one of my favorite books, I wanted to give it a read. so I started it today, and so far its very insightful. I was able to guess first off what "color" my core-motive is. (I'm an emotional ball of fun! XD) as most of my family probably already knows, but I also discovered that in close second (14 being my score for blue, 13 being my score for yellow) I'm also fun loving. thats a surprise, and yet not at all..hmmmmmmmm. anyways, so far I'm very much enjoying this book, and I recommend it to you ALL!

anyways, I don't know what else to say along with this. Love you guys!

Last Night, and the Usual

Last night I watched Alice in Wonderland at the midnight showing. I know the Hot Topic Brigade are all going, "OMGSH TIM BURTON IS SEW CUL I LOVE HIM THIS MOVIE IS AWSOEME!!@!!1!!11!
but I'll be honest, it wasn't that great, I mean..the effects were SUPER good, and the actors did very well for their parts, but for some reason, the movie didn't WOW me. I left going "oh that was okay" instead of going "THAT WAS AWESOME" and so I'm kinda depressed that I was up till 2 for a movie that I would have been better off seeing at a later date....but I think I was also annoyed at the fact that the 3D glasses, are not friendly with other glasses, so I was wearing two glasses the whole night, and it was annoying, and uncomfortable. BOO. and in my opinion, I think that you'd be better off not even seeing the 3D version..to expensive and not enough things flying out at you.
Ha.

while I'm ranting, I would also like to add, that for some reason...everyone bugs me. little things people do set me off. like Grammar Nazis. I think there is something wrong with me....I could go on but I won't.
anyways...I wish I had something pleasant to talk about...oh! I had sushi last night, and tempura veggies. So yummy.
anyways...I'm gone.
